1. What do you do to keep healthy?

I often go to the local gym and also I am careful about my diet usually trying to avoid junk food.

2. What did you learn at school about keeping healthy?

We had mandatory physical education but we didn't learn too much about the various food groups and healthy eating.

3. Is it easy to find healthy activities where you live?

 I live close to a park so I can always go for a walk or go jogging if I don't go to the gym.

4. What healthy activity would you like to try in the future?

 I would like to try squash or badminton or even some martial arts.
